These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Chrysalis app at chrysalis-yvyk.polsia.app (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Chrysalis is a daily digital wellness ritual app designed to support personal reinvention through structured 5-minute practices. The Service includes access to guided daily rituals, affirmations, journal prompts, and streak tracking. An optional physical subscription tier delivers quarterly companion boxes containing wellness products.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using Chrysalis, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
Available Plans:
Free Trial: Day 1 of the Daily Ritual is available free of charge, with no payment information required.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly for Daily Ritual; quarterly for Ritual + Companion Box). Billing is managed through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal date.
Promo Codes: Promotional codes (including CHRYSALIS25) apply only to the first billing period for which they are redeemed, unless otherwise specified. Promo codes cannot be applied retroactively.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Stripe customer portal or by contacting us at chrysalis@polsia.app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access through the period you have already paid for.
Refunds: We offer refunds within 7 days of initial purchase if you have not accessed the paid ritual content. After 7 days, or after accessing paid content, all sales are final. Physical companion boxes are non-refundable once shipped.
Quarterly Box Cancellations: To avoid receiving and being charged for the next quarterly shipment, you must cancel at least 5 business days before your renewal date.
Ritual + Companion Box subscriptions include quarterly physical shipments. Orders ship within 5–7 business days of your subscription renewal. We ship to US addresses only at this time. Shipping addresses must be accurate — we are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided during checkout.

Chrysalis is a wellness and personal development tool. It is not a medical device, mental health treatment, or substitute for professional medical or psychological care. The rituals, affirmations, and content provided are for informational and motivational purposes only.

All content in the Service — including rituals, affirmations, prompts, design, and brand identity — is the property of Chrysalis and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Content you create within the Service (journal entries) remains yours. You grant us a limited license to store and display it for the purpose of operating the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chrysalis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
